The Ambassador of Philippines to Cairo visit the university.


IUA deputy vice chancellor academic and cultural affairs Dr. Musa Taha Tay-Allah on behalf of the vice chancellor, received the Philippians Ambassador to Cairo on Thursday, 11/7/2019, together with Prof. Abdel Rahim Ali in his office at the University Administrative building in the presence of Mr. Tajuddin Nyam, head of the External Relations and Alumni Affairs of the university.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Musa welcomed the ambassador and gave him a depict explanation of the university, its faculties, departments as well as various academic programs offerd by the university. He pointed out the technical development witnessed by the university across all levels, indicating that the students of the Philippines have a clear impression in the university through their cultural and sports activities.

On his react, Ambassador Bazjil thanked the university for fatherly role it plays in spreading education to students from different countries, expressing his readiness for joint cooperation between the university and the higher education institutions in the Philippines for a smart and effective partnership between the two sides to develop this distinctive relationship, the Ambassador also met with the students of the Philippines in the hall of Professor Tayeb Zain Al-abidien in the University Administrative building.

At the end of the visit, His Excellency the ambassador visited the faculty of mass communications, where he visited the African Radio andAl-alamiya Tv channel, where he listened to a detailed explanation of the function of the radio and Tv programs, praising this unique experience in the light of this great improvement in the field of media.
